Israel Border Police (Magav) Northern District operatives, acting on intelligence, raided a horse farm near the Galilee community of Tzipori overnight Thursday, arresting four illegal residents and seizing two loaded handguns. 01 · THE DISPATCH

Northern Border Police and National Guard units, acting on intelligence, conducted a covert foot raid on a horse farm in agricultural land near Tzipori on Thursday night. Four suspects present on site were checked and found to be residents of the Palestinian territories without entry or stay permits for Israel. A search of the area yielded two loaded handguns with full magazines, which were seized for evidence.

Hours later, the farm owner — a Nazareth resident — was arrested on suspicion of employing the illegal residents. All suspects were transferred to the Northern District's central unit for further investigation.

Police noted that employment, transport, and lodging of illegal residents are treated with severity, as these activities can be exploited by hostile elements and endanger public safety.

The Zioneer has previously reported on multiple Border Police operations targeting illegal residency and weapons, including a large-scale sweep in Beit Safafa (June 17) and a weapons seizure near Nahaf (June 18). This raid follows the same operational pattern but involves a distinct location and set of suspects.
