The Haifa District Court today sentenced Hilo Khalil to 25 years in prison for the murder of 17-year-old Avi Tztzashvili in Nahariya in January 2020. Khalil pleaded guilty under a plea agreement to murder and attempted murder in a drive-by shooting.
