According to the indictment, the suspect followed the complainant, then attacked her from behind, dragged her into bushes, assaulted her, and tried to force her to perform a sexual act. The woman fought back, managed to break free from his grip, and refused his repeated demands. The suspect then struck her again, causing injuries and breaking her sunglasses, before fleeing the scene.
