According to N12 reporter Or Ravid, an incident at a Nahariya school escalated Thursday morning when a caretaker allegedly slapped a student. The student then reportedly left, retrieved pepper spray, and sprayed the caretaker in the face. Another student was also injured in the incident. Nahariya police are investigating. As The Zioneer reported earlier today, the caretaker had earlier allegedly slapped an 11-year-old student who had spit on a teacher — this update adds the pepper-spray retaliation and a second injury.
