Unverified reports from Iranian sources indicate a series of explosions in southern Iran. The cause and any damage or casualties are not yet known. This is the latest in a pattern of similar reports: over the past month, The Zioneer has documented multiple incidents of explosions in southern Iran, including in Bandar Abbas, Qeshm, Sirik, and other locations. On June 10, Iranian media reported six blasts in three southern cities. The source of those explosions was never officially confirmed, and it remains unclear whether the current reports are connected to previous events. The IRGC has previously stated it was investigating the source of such blasts.
