Magen David Adom reported on Friday afternoon that a 13-year-old boy fell from a horse near the northern community of Shtula. The boy was found unconscious with a head injury in serious condition. MDA paramedics provided initial treatment and are evacuating him to the Galilee Medical Center in Nahariya. The circumstances of the fall are under investigation. This is the first report of this incident.
