The 13-year-old boy who was seriously injured Tuesday afternoon after falling from a tree during a youth activity in the Hof HaCarmel Regional Council area has been upgraded to moderate, stable condition, according to an update from journalist Or Ravid. The boy was initially evacuated to Rambam Medical Center in serious condition with multi-system injuries. As The Zioneer reported earlier, Magen David Adom treated and evacuated the victim. The medical update now indicates improvement.
