An Israeli motorist driving to Jerusalem on Highway 44 says an Arab driver overtook him from the right shoulder, then repeatedly swerved toward him in an attempt to force him off the road, brake-checked him, and—after stopping to pick up an accomplice—accelerated toward him while the accomplice threw stones, one of which hit his windshield. The victim called police and filed a complaint, calling the incident a deliberate terror attack.
