A 17-year-old ATV rider sustained moderate injuries in a self-accident near Kfar Maas. United Hatzalah teams provided initial medical treatment at the scene. The rider, who suffered a head injury after overturning during off-road riding, was evacuated to the hospital in moderate condition.
