A defamation case brought by former Prime Minister Naftali Bennett has been settled. According to Israel Hayom, the suit centered on allegations that NIS 50 million allocated for a safe room at Bennett's residence was fraudulent — claims the defendants, channel TOV and journalist Adam Atias, have now agreed to retract. Under the settlement, the defendants will delete the relevant video, both sides will clarify the allegations are untrue, and each party — Bennett and the defendants — will donate NIS 10,000 to a charity named after Emanuel Moreno.
