Magen David Adom reported Tuesday night that a 36-year-old man was seriously injured while riding an electric scooter on Rabbi Kossovsky Street in Tel Aviv. Medics treated him at the scene and evacuated him to Ichilov Hospital with a head injury.

The report was received at 01:14 by MDA's Dan regional dispatch center. First responders found the man with a head injury and stabilized him before evacuation to Ichilov Hospital. The circumstances of the incident are under investigation.
