Magen David Adom reported Tuesday afternoon that a 40-year-old man sustained moderate injuries after losing control of his electric scooter on Route 44 near Nir Zvi. Medics treated him at the scene and evacuated him to Shamir-Asaf HaRofeh Hospital with limb and head injuries.
