N12 reports that an electric scooter rider, approximately 35 years old, was seriously injured Monday afternoon after being struck by a vehicle on Nahal Snir Street in Yavne. Magen David Adom medics treated him at the scene and evacuated him to Kaplan Hospital in Rehovot with multi-system injuries.
