A 27-year-old foreign worker sustained severe injuries from an explosion in an open area near Modi'in Illit. Magen David Adom (MDA) paramedics provided initial medical treatment before evacuating him to Sheba Medical Center in Tel HaShomer. He suffered third-degree burns to his limbs. The circumstances of the explosion are currently unclear.
