The incoming Mossad chief has made two initial appointments: an internal spokesperson from within the organization and a new external communications advisor. The new external advisor, with extensive security background, established the Shin Bet's spokesperson unit and served there for many years, earning high professional regard. She will replace the current advisor who is departing with outgoing Mossad chief Dadi Barnea.
