Israeli reporter Inbar Twizer reports that an indictment is expected in the coming days against a 16-year-old resident of Ma'ale Adumim who was filmed abusing a dog belonging to a Palestinian in the village of Atara. The teen was arrested after approximately two weeks on the run and remained silent during questioning, reportedly clapping and whistling at times. The court ordered his remand extended until Wednesday.
