An indictment was filed Wednesday against Allah Ben Atar, 24, of Kiryat Ata, for allegedly assaulting a 78-year-old woman in the parking lot of the Sha'ar HaTzafon mall, according to Channel 12 (N12) journalist Or Ravid. The indictment alleges Ben Atar and her mother demanded the victim move her car; after she complied, Ben Atar attacked her, slamming her head to the ground. The victim bled, required medical treatment, and was taken to Rambam Hospital.
