The Finance Ministry's chief economist reported that 5,081 apartments (new and second-hand) were sold in April, a 19% decline from April 2025 and a 31% drop from March 2026. March had shown a relatively moderate decline amid the war, making April's figure historically low. The data was published by Lior Bakalo on N12.
