A man, approximately 60 years old, sustained moderate injuries with a head injury after his mobility scooter overturned on Herzl Street in Tel Aviv on Wednesday afternoon, according to Magen David Adom (MDA). Paramedics treated him at the scene and evacuated him to Ichilov Hospital.
