Police said a 37-year-old Hadera resident was arrested Sunday on suspicion of car theft, hit-and-run, and fleeing from police. According to the investigation, the suspect allegedly stole a vehicle from a female driver in Haifa, fled the scene, collided with several other cars, and then tried to escape on foot. Officers apprehended him after a short foot chase. He was taken in for questioning.
