As The Zioneer reported on Wednesday, the Pentagon identified Rampersad, 28, of New York, as the third American soldier killed in the strike. The attack, which Iran claimed responsibility for, also killed two other soldiers. The U.S. military has not released the names of the other two. The mother's tribute underscores the human cost of the ongoing confrontation between the United States and Iran.
