The unit for investigating police affairs (YAH) of Lahav 433 has completed its probe into the 'Haderech' newspaper case and transferred it to the prosecution, N12 reports. According to the investigation, funds from the Education Ministry designated for the 'Ma'ayan Hachinuch Hatorani' network were allegedly used to finance a supplement in the newspaper. MK Haim Biton (Shas) is among the suspects.
According to N12, the YAH unit of Lahav 433 has completed its investigation into the 'Haderech' newspaper affair and forwarded the case to the State Attorney's Office. The probe reportedly found that Education Ministry funds allocated to the 'Ma'ayan Hachinuch Hatorani' network were improperly used to finance a supplement in the newspaper. Among those named as suspects is MK Haim Biton (Shas). No further details have been provided.
