A 30-year-old male pedestrian was seriously injured with a head injury after being struck by a truck on Highway 66 near the Megiddo Junction on Monday, Magen David Adom (MDA) reported. Paramedics evacuated him to Rambam Medical Center in Haifa.

Magen David Adom received a report at 12:46 of a pedestrian struck by a truck on Highway 66 near the Megiddo Junction, in the Gilboa region. MDA medics treated the man, approximately 30, at the scene and evacuated him to Rambam Hospital in serious condition with a head injury. No other injuries were reported. The circumstances of the accident are under investigation.
