The United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) has begun constructing the first flight prototype of the Su-75 Checkmate light fighter, according to UAC CEO Vadim Badeha. The program aims to produce a lower-cost alternative to the F-35, with flight tests reportedly planned for 2026.
