Slovenia's new right-wing government removed the Palestinian flag from its government building in Ljubljana shortly after being sworn in. The flag had been flown since May 2024, following the previous government's recognition of a Palestinian state. Now only the flags of Slovenia, the European Union, and Ukraine are displayed.
