The Zioneer's coverage of the US campaign began on Thursday, July 9, with unverified reports from security analyst Yair Goldblatt of strikes on oil refining facilities in Asaluyeh. Later that day, a second report from Goldblatt indicated new targets in southern Iran and Iranian retaliatory fire. The first impact map, also published that day, listed 15 confirmed and 3 unconfirmed locations. On Sunday evening, July 12, The Zioneer reported that Iranian sources had circulated a map claiming confirmed impacts on US and allied bases in Jordan, Bahrain, Qatar, and Kuwait. Overnight into Monday, reports indicated US strikes on IRGC bases in Khandab, Arak, Chabahar, and Bandar Abbas, as The Zioneer reported at 00:54 Jerusalem.
The areas struck include major ports and military installations — the naval bases at Bandar Abbas and Jask, the nuclear-related site at Bushehr, the strategic island of Qeshm, and the northern city of Ahvaz.
