The incident is the latest in a series of workplace falls the desk has tracked — on June 11, a 42-year-old worker was moderately injured in a similar incident in Kiryat Bialik; on June 9, a 27-year-old construction worker was moderately injured in Rosh HaAyin; and on June 7, an 84-year-old worker was seriously injured in Herzliya.
