A 21-year-old woman who suffered an epileptic seizure while on a climbing apparatus about 5 meters high at Gan Saker in Jerusalem was rescued by the Israel Fire and Rescue Service's special rescue unit. Using rappelling ropes and specialized equipment, firefighters safely lowered her to the ground.
