Four-year-old Yuval, found earlier Friday, met his mother face-to-face at around 16:44 Jerusalem time. During the meeting, his mother told him 'Your mother loves you,' according to N12.
Four-year-old Yuval Kogan, who went missing near Ashkelon beach on Friday morning, was found alive and well around 15:50 Jerusalem time after a massive search involving police, helicopters, a scanning ship, and hundreds of volunteers. Soon after his discovery, Yuval spoke to his mother by phone, telling her 'Soon I will kiss and hug you,' according to N12 reports. At approximately 16:44, the two met face-to-face, and the mother told him 'Your mother loves you,' as captured by N12 photographer Almog Boker.
The search, which entered its second day, had drawn top officials including National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir, who visited the scene and met Yuval's father, and Police Commissioner Danny Levi, who ordered all available police and Border Police cadets to join the search. The Zioneer earlier reported on the father's concerns and the deployment of an advanced scanning vessel. Yuval was located about 11 km from the point of disappearance, near Nitzanim beach. The circumstances of how he wandered that distance remain under investigation, but police have stated there is no indication of a criminal motive.
