Magen David Adom paramedics declared the death of a 50-year-old man with multi-system trauma following a truck-car collision on Route 80 near the Tel Arad junction Tuesday evening. A 35-year-old man was evacuated to Soroka Hospital in serious condition, and a 45-year-old man in moderate condition with abdominal and limb injuries, MDA said. The Negev district traffic accident unit has opened an investigation, N12's Itai Gal-On reported. Route 80 is blocked in both directions.
At 21:42 Tuesday, a collision between a truck and a private car on Route 80 near the Tel Arad junction left one man dead and two others injured, according to the Magen David Adom spokesperson.
