01 · THE DISPATCH

The 769th Regional Brigade of the Israel Defense Forces has released a detailed operational account of a large-scale raid conducted near the village of Dibbine in southern Lebanon, approximately 12 kilometers north of the Israeli border. The military described this as the brigade's deepest and most extensive operation inside Lebanon during the current campaign. The operation — disclosed weeks after its completion — involved dozens of hours of operations to push Hezbollah forces away from the border area. The IDF stated that significant Hezbollah weapons depots were located and dismantled in the village, which the organization had used as a staging ground for anti-tank missile attacks on Israeli positions and communities. The newly released account was obtained by The Zioneer via the military. As The Zioneer reported earlier this month, the operation saw more than 30 Hezbollah operatives eliminated and over 50 Hezbollah infrastructure sites struck by the Israeli Air Force in support of the ground raid.
