The Jerusalem District Attorney's office filed an indictment against Yehuda Elbaz (22), an active-duty soldier from Givat Ze'ev, and Ariel Chaim Bozaglo (25) of Jerusalem, on charges of attempted murder of two young men. According to the indictment, the suspects lured the victims to a meeting in Givat Ze'ev over a gambling debt of about 250,000 shekels. Elbaz arrived with an M16 service rifle and fired at least 15 bullets at the two as they approached on a scooter, seriously wounding both.
