The arrest of a new suspect in the Givatayim Japnika arson case marks the third detention in the investigation. Earlier on Thursday, police arrested 18-year-old Adar Gitzis of Rehovot on suspicion of involvement, as The Zioneer reported. A previous suspect, also from Rehovot, had his remand extended by a court last week. The arson, which occurred about a month ago, is part of a series of firebombings targeting Japnika branches that have drawn national attention.
