Magen David Adom (MDA) medics treated him at the scene and evacuated him to Hillel Yaffe Medical Center with upper-limb injuries. A subsequent Channel 12 report includes an MDA operational photo of the rescue. The incident was reported to MDA at 12:39 Thursday.
