A 30-year-old foreign worker riding an electric bicycle was seriously injured Monday evening after colliding with a vehicle on Route 44 near Nir Zvi, Magen David Adom reported. Medics treated him at the scene and evacuated him to Shamir-Asaf HaRofeh Hospital with head and limb injuries.

An electric bicycle rider was seriously injured Monday evening after a collision with a vehicle on Route 44 near the community of Nir Zvi. Magen David Adom paramedics provided on-site treatment and evacuated the victim, a 30-year-old foreign worker, to Shamir-Asaf HaRofeh Hospital with head and limb injuries. The circumstances of the accident are under investigation.
