Calcalist reported Wednesday that Fidelity Investments has acquired a portion of the Phoenix Holdings shares sold by Jared Kushner. The Zioneer reported on July 28 that Kushner's Affinity fund sold a 25% stake in Phoenix for approximately $1.05 billion. The size of Fidelity's acquisition and the terms were not disclosed in the Calcalist report.
