Initial reports at 18:19 on Tuesday evening described the boy as in critical condition, with MDA paramedics performing CPR at the scene. Over the following half-hour, resuscitation efforts continued, and at 18:42 MDA reported that advanced resuscitation was underway. The latest update at 18:50 marks the first improvement in the child's condition.

On July 13, a 3-year-old toddler in Tel Sheva was evacuated to Soroka in serious condition after his heart resumed beating.
