As The Zioneer reported earlier Sunday, the High Court rejected Haskel's first petition earlier in the day, ruling that the remedies she sought were far-reaching. The court had also previously rejected Haskel's bid to split from the National Right into a single-member faction.
Attorney Michael Ravilo, whose election as State Comptroller was invalidated by the High Court, had filed a motion on behalf of Likud to dismiss the second petition without a hearing, arguing it should be thrown out on the spot.
