IDF: Civilians threw stones before Efrat ramming; suspect arrested

The IDF Spokesperson reports that dozens of Israeli civilians gathered at Efrat Junction, blocked Palestinian vehicles, and threw stones at them. Subsequently, a Palestinian suspect rammed an Israeli civilian, who sustained minor injuries. IDF and Border Police forces apprehended the suspect and several others for further investigation.
