Train service in the Ashkelon, Rehovot, Lod, Yavne East, Be'er Ya'akov, and Rishon LeZion areas is resuming gradually, Israel Railways announced Sunday morning. The cause of the earlier disruption was not specified. In recent weeks, The Zioneer reported similar service restorations in the Lod area (July 1) and the Ra'anana-Herzliya area (June 30) after separate disruptions. The company has not provided a reason for any of the halts.
