Border police and district police officers detained a suspect for abusing a dog near Damascus Gate in Jerusalem, according to Israeli media report by Inbar Twizer. The dog was transferred to the veterinary service. The suspect, a 19-year-old resident of East Jerusalem, was located at the scene with two minors and taken in for further questioning.
