The Honenu organization reported Wednesday that a settler from Judea and Samaria under administrative house arrest missed a scheduled appointment at the Interior Ministry to renew his ID card. According to Honenu, despite days of bureaucratic delays and rejected supervisors, the official permit from Central Command was sent by email only at 11:30 AM — two hours after the 9:30 AM appointment. Honenu attorney Adi Kedar called it "a campaign of harassment and attrition, a sheer joke."
