MDA medics pronounced the victim dead at the scene after finding him unconscious with a penetrating wound. Central District Police Commander Amir Cohen said at the scene that the suspect, who was known to the victim, entered the office and fired at least four shots. Two witnesses were present, including a lawyer in a neighboring office.
