A 24-year-old motorcyclist was critically injured Saturday evening in a collision with a vehicle on Highway 4 near the Aluf Sadeh Interchange. Magen David Adom received the report at 20:52 and dispatched teams to the scene. Paramedic Karen Chen and EMT Ronald Kaykov described finding the rider unconscious, pulseless, and not breathing with severe bodily injuries. They administered life-saving treatment including prolonged resuscitation and evacuated him to Sheba Medical Center at Tel Hashomer in critical condition. The circumstances of the accident are under investigation.

This is the latest in a series of motorcycle accidents on Highway 4 and across central Israel this month, though each incident is unrelated.
