Police sappers neutralize explosive device in Jerusalem's Pisgat Ze'ev, suspected criminal motive

Israel Police sappers neutralized an explosive device found in a cabinet at the entrance of an apartment building in the Pisgat Ze'ev neighborhood of Jerusalem on Wednesday evening. Police suspect a criminal background, according to N12.
