At 16:44 Jerusalem, a second unverified report of explosions in Kuwait emerged within 25 minutes, following an initial report at 16:18. This is the latest in a series of reports from Kuwait today, all of which remain unconfirmed by official sources.
The first reports on Sunday began at 09:28 Jerusalem, when N12 journalist Asaf Rozentzweig reported sirens activated in Kuwait. Shortly thereafter, at 09:28, reports of explosions emerged. Later, at 16:17 Jerusalem, a new report of explosions was published, followed by a further report at 16:18. The initial siren report was attributed to a single source; subsequent reports remain unverified and without official confirmation.
The Zioneer has previously reported on explosions in Kuwait in the context of the wider regional escalation involving Iran. On June 28, The Zioneer reported at least two impacts in Kuwait in a new wave. On July 17, reports indicated explosions also in Iraq, joining earlier blasts in Jordan, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
The cause of the explosions, any casualties or damage, and official confirmation from Kuwaiti authorities remain unknown. The reports are unverified, and no details on the nature of the blasts have been disclosed.
