Israeli security forces, including the Etzion Brigade and Shin Bet, completed a joint operation in the village of Beit Ummar in Judea and Samaria on Thursday, scanning over 170 locations and arresting wanted individuals, according to security forces.
The operation in Beit Ummar, located south of Bethlehem, involved a systematic sweep of the village by troops from the Etzion Brigade under Shin Bet direction. The number of arrests and identities of the detainees were not immediately disclosed. Similar security sweeps have been conducted across Judea and Samaria in recent weeks. As The Zioneer previously reported, over 130 wanted individuals were arrested over the weekend, and 19 were arrested in a June operation in Bethlehem.
