The identification follows the initial report of the incident, which escalated into a violent brawl. According to police, six suspects were arrested overnight in connection with the murder; the brawl broke out after a woman called her brother to the scene.

The Zioneer reported on Saturday at 22:28 Jerusalem that a 19-year-old man was stabbed to death in an Airbnb apartment, with police initially pursuing four suspects. By the same evening, the victim was identified as Shalom Razi, and police announced the arrest of six suspects. The investigation revealed that the apartment had been used for prostitution and drugs, according to a neighbor cited by Walla.

The incident is part of a series of violent deaths in Jerusalem; The Zioneer reported on July 6 that Omer Zahran was identified as the victim of a separate stabbing in central Jerusalem. The current investigation continues.

The motive for the brawl remains unclear, and police have not disclosed the relationship between the victim and the suspects. No charges have been filed yet.
