Israel's Finance Ministry chief economist reported that just 11% of second-hand apartment buyers in Tel Aviv in April were high-tech workers, down from 26% in April 2025. The average annual salary of buyers also fell to 540,000 NIS from 900,000 NIS a year earlier. The data was published by Lior Bakalo on N12.
