Six people were injured Wednesday evening in a collision between two vehicles on Route 60 near the settlement of Otniel in Judea and Samaria, according to Magen David Adom. A 27-year-old woman was evacuated to Soroka Medical Center in serious condition with multi-system trauma; a 40-year-old man was moderately injured with head and limb wounds, and four others were lightly hurt. Israeli police have opened an investigation.
A serious traffic accident occurred at 19:40 Wednesday evening on Route 60 near Otniel (Kharabet Karma), a road junction in the southern Hebron Hills. Magen David Adom (MDA) reported receiving a call at 19:40 and dispatched medics who treated six casualties in coordination with an IDF medical team. The most severely injured, a 27-year-old woman, suffered multi-system trauma; a 40-year-old man sustained moderate head and limb injuries. Four others were lightly injured. All were evacuated to Soroka Medical Center in Beersheba. Police officers from the Hebron station are directing traffic at the scene, and a traffic investigator from the Judea and Samaria District is en route. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
